When bumbling Eugene Birkowski accidentally applies for a job as an occult assistant to a demoness detective, Zahra, it turns out to be a lot more real than he expected. Relying on his affable demeanor he tries his damndest to keep in step with the tough as nail demoness while they solve supernatural mysteries and take on powerful foes.
Linh Huong was the constant target for harassment at his high school. Constantly picked on, pushed around, and pranked. Until the day he drew a comic book of all his bullies dying at the hands (er...batsaw) of a slasher named Murderface. With the bodies piling up and everyone pointing fingers he now has to work with his bullies to stop the the mysterious Murderface from killing in the exact same way depicted in his comic.
